T.Y. Lin International Hires Ami Lovelace as Human Resources Director
T.Y. Lin International (TYLI), a globally recognized, full-service infrastructure consulting firm, announces that Ami Lovelace has joined TYLI as Human Resources (HR) Director. As a member of the TYLI leadership team, Lovelace will implement strategic HR initiatives that increase organizational effectiveness, build a consistent company culture, and promote success at the firm. She will be responsible for leading all areas of HR, including developing, implementing, and communicating company policies and procedures; overseeing 401(k) Plan compliance and annual audit; managing the firm’s appraisal and salary review process; directing recruitment programs; instituting safety and health programs; and ensuring legal compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

With more than 14 years of experience in all HR functions, Lovelace’s expertise includes policy development, compliance, performance management, employment law, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, and talent acquisition. She most recently served as Director of HR & Administration, North America, for JinkoSolar (U.S.) Inc., a worldwide leader in the solar industry. Her successes include planning and executing comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures across the USA and Canada, ensuring alignment with the firm’s overall global strategy.
Lovelace achieved Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a current member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). In addition, she is a member of the SHRM Advocacy Team, which advances HR policies by working with the State and Federal Legislative Branches of the U.S. Government. She is also an active member of the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA).
Lovelace received a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, with a dual minor concentration in Classical Studies and Political Science (International Relations).
