Working out of the San Diego office, Steve’s initial responsibilities will be primarily focused on the California High Speed Rail project providing Program Management Oversight for the southern three segments.

Lowry Avenue Bridge in Minneapolis Opens to Traffic
The Lowry Avenue Bridge, designed by T.Y. Lin International (TYLI) and SRF Consulting Group, Inc., has officially opened to traffic. The grand opening for the bridge was held on Saturday, October 27, 2012, to great fanfare. A ribbon cutting was conducted as well as performances by marching bands and a ceremonial parade across the bridge.

Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge and I-64 Kanawha River Bridge Receive 2012 PCA Bridge Design Awards
T.Y. Lin International (TYLI) announced today that the Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge/Hoover Dam Bypass and the I-64 Kanawha River Bridge project were named winners of the 2012 Bridge Design Awards from the Portland Cement Association (PCA). The Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge/Hoover Dam Bypass received the Outstanding Achievement Award of Excellence and the I-64 Kanawha River Bridge received the Award of Excellence. PCA presented the awards at the American Concrete Institute (ACI) convention in Toronto, Ontario on October 21, 2012.
