Max Fajardo
Max is a seasoned professional with a demonstrated history of working in the public and private sectors overseeing engineering, design and construction teams.
Max has over 45 years of experience in program and construction management, aviation operations and management, safety and security, maintenance, design, and construction of terminals and supporting facilities, commissioning, operational readiness, and transfer (ORAT) and strategic planning, including continuity of operations (COOP).
His facility management experience includes developing and implementing design guidelines and maintenance criteria for all MDAD airport facilities/systems; developing and managing the MDAD 40-year recertification and facility assessment program, including evaluation and implementation of repairs for building envelopes, structural, electrical, mechanical, and life safety to bring the facilities into full code compliance for continued occupancy, and developing and managing the 5-10-15-year renewal and replacement program for all systems.
Max gives of his time and expertise by contributing to several industry events and publications, including conferences, webinars, whitepapers, and articles.
