With over twenty years of experience in both design and construction engineering for major infrastructure projects, he understands how constructability issues influence the design process. As the Water Sector Manager for Construction Engineering and Management projects, Larry is responsible for on-site construction engineering services on complex projects and oversees the performance of Construction Engineering & Management services by Resident Engineers on water projects to maintain project schedules, ensure adequate staffing, and verify that quality processes are being uniformly implemented across the group.
