    Ha Noi Garden City is a mixed development over a land area of 32ha with infrastructures and services.

    Located on the east of Ha Noi City, under Thach Ban Ward, Long Bien District. Garden Villas is exclusively designed emphasis on the modernity, the convenience and the prestige of the limited landed units.

    THE PROJECT INCLUDES:

    • 103 of 3-storey villas;

    • Club house with swimming pool facilities;

    • The complete infrastructural system.

    PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

    The conventional reinforced concrete beam and slab system is adopted for Garden Villas Project. There are separated beam and column for each villa. However, the common foundation with 300 mm diameter spun pile is adopted.

    The Yen So Park Parcel C2 comprises of 3 blocks of 29 storey apartments, 4 levels of elevated car park, 1 level of motorcycle parking with common facilities area and mechanical/ electrical rooms. In which, four (4) levels of car park are from level 2 to 5 that connecting 3 blocks of apartment together.

    Transfer beams with depth varies from 2 m to 2.5 m are proposed to transfer RC shear wall loading to column at podium. There are two piling systems proposed for this project. Cast in-situ bored pile is adopted for 3 blocks of apartment and spun pile is adopted for 6 storey of podium.

    The Plot A5 comprises 4 blocks of 15-storey residential buildings with 1-basement of car-park and 295 unit of terrace houses and villas. Plot A5 occupy a total land area of 8.2ha.

    • Centralized Sewage Treatment Plant

    A 7000m3/day is the design capacity for this STP. The treatment system adopted inclusive of inlet pump pit, equalization tank, scum removal, anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, aeration tank, skew wall clarifier and disinfection tank.

    • Celadon City Plot A1 (concept design only)

    The Plot A1 comprises 16 blocks of 8 to 18 storey residential buildings.

    THE PROJECTS INVOLVED ARE AS FOLLOW:

    • LA CASA Block 1, Block 3&4 and Block 6 These blocks comprises of 36 storey apartment and 2 basement levels.

    • Commercial Center comprises of 26 stories building and 2 basement levels.

    PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

    • Using conventional reinforced concrete with 2m to 2.5m depth transfer beam supporting 34 storey apartment.

    • Bored pile with raft foundation.

    Ir. Sia Pie King graduated in Bachelor of Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taiwan in 1991 and Master of Structural Engineering from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand in 1994. As the General Director of T.Y.Lin International Vietnam Co. Ltd, his responsibilities include the administration of the office, coordination of design developments, implementation of the projects and business development in Vietnam. He joined T.Y.Lin International Malaysia since 1994. He is a registered Professional Engineer from Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) and registered as Asean Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) with more than 20 years of practical experience in civil and structural engineering works. Currently, he is in-charged of Plot A5 of Celadon City in HCMC, Phase 3A of Parkcity Hanoi, Cerrado of Southville City in Bangi KL, High Park Suites in Kelana Jaya Selangor, Royale Pavilion Hotel in KL and Menara Khuan Choo in KL.

    Patrick holds a Master’s Degree in Building Services Engineering from the Brunel University (United Kingdom), an Advanced Diploma in Building Services Engineering and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore.

    Currently a Principal in the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Group at T.Y. Lin International Pte Ltd, he is responsible for leading the delivery of Project Management, Construction Supervision and M&E projects for TYLI clients in Singapore and across the region.

    He also sits in the Board of Directors of TYLI Vietnam.

    Typically in his roles as Project Director and/or Project Manager, he ensures that the overall technical requirements, quality assurance and quality control on his projects are met.

    With over 28 years’ experience in M&E design and application across a range of industries in Asia and the Middle East, he brings a vast wealth of knowledge and experience to the team which further strengthens TYLI’s M&E capabilities. Specializing in building services planning, design and implementation, Patrick takes a holistic approach to the delivery of all projects having the knowledge of being in the roles of a client, consultant and contractor.

    Most recently, as Founder and Managing Director of BON Engineering Consultants, Patrick led the development of the company through providing project management, construction supervision and M&E consultancy services to several projects in Singapore and Vietnam.

    His professional registrations include: European Professional Engineer, International Professional Engineer, Chartered Engineer (UK and Australia), and licensed Professional Engineer for M&E Design and M&E Construction Supervision (Vietnam). He is a member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (UK), the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineering (UK) and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Engineers (USA).

As the Director of T.Y.Lin International Vietnam Co. Ltd, his responsibilities include the administration of the office, planning and implementation of the infrastructure projects and business development in Vietnam. He joined T.Y.Lin International Malaysia since 1996. He is a registered Professional Engineer from Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) with more than 20 years of practical experience in civil and structural engineering works. Currently, Ir. Chin is the Project Principal for the two Proposed Pr1ma Home projects in Gambang and Kuantan, and also the Project Manager for the Integrated Water Supply from Bukit Maxwell Reservoir to Pantai Complex Reservoir, and the Deputy Project Manager for the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) SSP Line Elevated North Package

    Nguyen Tran Thien Tam graduated in Bachelor of Civil Engineering from University of Architecture, HCMC, Vietnam in 1999 and Master of Structural Engineering from University of Technology, HCMC, Vietnam in 2006. As the Senior Manager of T.Y.Lin International Vietnam Co. Ltd., his responsibilities include the co-ordination of all phases of different type of buildings from inception to final design and contract administration. He is also involved in the office management and daily administration in the office. He has joined T.Y.Lin International Vietnam since 2008. He is a registered Professional Engineer and Construction Management from Ministry of Construction with more than 17 years of practical experience in civil and structural engineering works. Currently, he is in-charged of The Century – the 23-storey mixed-use development with post-tensioning slab, 3 basements diaphragm wall adopted semi top-down method in district 3, HCMC; and Pavilion – the mixed-use development with 3 towers of 38-storey, 3 levels of podium and 3 basement in district 1, HCMC.
