The Berjaya Times Square is located on 40,894 square meters of land and features multiple developments in a single, integrated structure. The total Gross Floor Area (GFA) is 695,995 square meters. The podium is 80.4 meters above ground level, the tower is 196 meters above ground, and the basement comes in at 20-25 meters below ground.

Due to the substantial size of the Project, various types of structural systems were used to suit the requirements. Many innovative engineering solutions were utilized in order to reduce costs, simplify construction, and ensure that the structure is easy to maintain.
