He has more than 25 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in the study, pilot testing, design, and construction for complex multi-million-dollar projects and multi-billion-dollar programs that rehabilitate and optimize water infrastructure and facilities. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Envision Sustainability Professional with a keen ability to collaborate with communities to develop holistic sustainable solutions that are resilient, energy neutral, promote green solutions, and improve the quality of life.  This includes serving on the Board for Current, a technology innovator focused on strengthening the blue economy and solving water challenges, and also serving on the Water Resources Board for the Metropolitan Planning Council.
