Glen’s success is due to his focus on leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve the best technical and management solutions for clients.

Glen has served as the Program Manager responsible for delivering the Marine Transfer Station (MTS) Program for the City of New York. This award-winning program is the two-decade effort to move Municipal Solid Waste generated by users via containerized barges in lieu of utilizing trucks and rail traffic in an already crowded road and rail network. The end result is transforming the City and improving the environment in all its neighborhoods.
