TYLin is excited to announce the newest addition to our team. Rohit Aggarwal, AIA, MCA, is the Architectural Leader for the Buildings Sector. With a rich background in fostering client relationships, nurturing internal talent, and harnessing advanced technologies, Rohit is spearheading the strategic expansion of the firm’s architectural services.

Rohit brings significant experience to his new role. His professional journey spans 24 years and includes serving as the founding Principal of an award-winning architecture practice within a multi-disciplinary engineering firm. Throughout his career, Rohit has demonstrated a passion for crafting design solutions that seamlessly integrate creativity, sustainability, and functionality. With his leadership talents, he has successfully guided multi-disciplinary teams and fostered robust collaborative relationships with clients, creating innovative and award-winning design solutions across various public and private projects.

Rohit’s proficiency extends to practical application of a range of architectural technologies, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), algorithmic and parametric designs, acoustical and thermal analysis, and cutting-edge tools like point cloud technology. He is an ardent advocate for knowledge sharing. His affinity for learning and mentorship has driven him to develop effective teams that can provide uniquely tailored solutions to client needs.

Rohit earned his architecture licensure in both the United States and India. He graduated from the Royal Institute of British Architects accredited School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi, India. He served as an Intern Architect in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, before furthering his career in the United States. Rohit is a member of the American Institute of Architects and Council of Architecture (India).
