San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge Featured on NPR's Science Friday
The new San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge was featured on a live broadcast of NPR's "Science Friday". Marwan Nader, PhD, lead design engineer for the new eastern span of the Bay Bridge, discussed features that give the bridge the flexibility to withstand the 'Big One'.
